Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Marriage-Ready Society ("Marriage-Ready Society", "we"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must be sincerely looking for marriage, and you must be honest about your marital status. You may have only one account. You must not join if you are prevented by law from using this service.

2. Your account and identity

Give true information about yourself, including your name, age, marital status and a recent photo of yourself. You agree to confirm your identity with an ID and a live selfie. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. The service

We show members to each other based on their answers and let each member choose one person per day. We aim for good matches but cannot guarantee any match, conversation or marriage. Membership is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will tell you in advance, and you will never be charged without agreeing.

4. Your conduct

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In particular you must not harass anyone, ask other members for money, impersonate anyone, share another member's information or photos outside the service, or use the service for commercial purposes.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and write. You give us permission to store and display it within the service as needed to run it. You are responsible for having the right to share it.

6. Safety

We check identity documents by hand, review photos and act on reports, but we do not run criminal background checks and cannot confirm everything a member says. Take care when meeting anyone in person. See our Safety page.

7. Ending your account

You can pause or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

8. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the conduct of members, on or off the service, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify members of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
